-Returns

Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.

-Process

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

-Refunds

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the payment to be reflected in your account.

-Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@beachbarandshade.com with your order number and details about the product.
